Following the last editions of the 21th DGCI and the 14th ISMM, a new call to organize a common event is proposed. See the guidelines available here.
After the call for proposal of the next DGCI+ISMM event, the steering committees are happy to announce that the Upsalla proposal (Sweden) was retained to organize this new event that will be held in Fall 2020: December 14-17. The event will be chaired by Filip Malmberg (main chair), Nataša Sladoje (program chair) and Joakim Lindblad (Organization Chair). The organisation team is completed by advisors (Robin Strand, Ingela Nyström), honorary chair (Gunilla Borgefors, Christer Kiselman) and assistant (Johan Öfverstedt).
DGCI is a series of conferences on Discrete Geometry for Computer Imagery. After several conferences organized in France, DGCI became an International Conference by its participants, its scientific committee and then by its location.

ISMM is the main serie of conferences dedicated ot Mathematical Morphology. The first editions were initiated in Spain and in France (1993 (Barcelona) and 1994 (Fontainebleau)).
